Most Energy Auditors and repair companies focus on one or two areas that they specialize in and their repair men are not properly trained. At 411 Energy Services LLC we focus on making your home as efficient as possible. Our professional technicians have been trained how to implement our upgrades and their work gets inspected by a repair specialist. We take what we do seriously! Our number one goal is to maximize your energy savings and the only way we can do that is making sure all your upgrades are implemented properly.
Why do you use an infrared camera and a blower door?
Infrared cameras and blower doors are the most powerful tools an energy auditor can use. Getting an energy audit without either of them makes it hard to identify the real problems your home has. The infrared camera helps find air leaks, helps us determine how well your home is insulated, and helps us find other exterior envelope energy related problems. The blower door tells us the volume of air leaks and helps us find the leaks. If someone tells you they don't use either of these tools, find another inspector.
How will I know if you did a good job?
As part of our quality assurance program we will perform a free blower door test and infrared scan before we start our repairs and once they have been completed. This way you have a reference point and you know how much of an improvement we have made. We will review the test results with you and provide a copy of the results for your personal records.
How much can I save?
Saving can vary, but our average client saves between 30% and 50% on the heating and cooling portion of their energy bills.
